still life with aloe vera
i fell in love with these illustrated tea towels by british company unity peg, when i saw them in elle decoration back in january 2005. furniture designer jane atfield and her artist husband robert shepherd started unity peg in 2001. i love the concept of their business: using something as simple as a tea towel as the canvas for their designs. i adore their still life series.

yeehoo! teatowel design - a peronal fav. of mine! matched with maps this is a great design outlet. these illustrations are wonderful. a friend gave me 'sink' which is a hoot to let dishes dry on - thanks for the link and the reminder about unity peg.
these are stunning. i love the orangey red color. makes me want to have a kitchen based around that towel.
